"I don’t use my real name on web. However, their tech Eric came to do maintenance on my AC. I moved to this townhouse in Feb 2020, discovered it had dust issues inside. Eric went into two attics checking all ducts thoroughly - in 95 degrees heat, I watched. Crawled on hands and knees to get to all of them, I watched. He was thorough in this process, however he also discovered WHY there was dust issues. Drainage pan under blower in attic had rusted/rotted out, completely gone. Dust/insulation was being sucked up into blower and distributed throughout house. Eric was so thorough, polite, professional and solved my issues. I would recommend this company with 10 stars !"
